This is my own little world... A place where I could share what's on my mind. This is where I used to put my random ramblings about almost everything as a collective of sorts.  Wasn't able to update as much as I used to.

Therefore, this is now mainly utilized as a collective for my so-called "art" in the form of graphics (wallpapers, icons and the like) and usually updated only when new creations are uploaded.  My random ramblings can be found in my livejournal page.

I also have some quotes, lyrics and several verses. I don't update often because I'm quite busy with work. I usually just do updates or reviews once in a while.

I got the name Painted Wings from a song called "Once Upon A December". I really like this song... I'm not exactly sure why... I just do.  It goes " dancing bears/ painted wings/  things I almost remember/ and a song someone sings/ once upon a December..." It's from the soundtrack of the animated film Anastasia. Maybe I like it because it's something about the past... it reminds me of things lost and remembered. :)

My current layout is called "Snapshots" featuring the brilliant actor, Christian Bale . He recently starred in Batman Begins (as Bruce Wayne/Batman).  His other film credits include Little Women, American Psycho, The Machinist, Reign of Fire, Equilibrium, Captain Corelli's Mandolin, Empire of the Sun.
